Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

The learned counsel for the applicant, for the present, restricts the application to prayer clause (a). 3.

The learned counsel submits that the applicant is ready to bear the expenses of legal costs to be incurred by the Official Liquidator for defending the Suit No. 539 of 2015. 4.

In view of above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant shall deposit initially a sum of Rs. 50,000/- with the Official Liquidator for defending the suit on behalf of the company (in liquidation).

The applicant shall continue to deposit the amount towards the legal costs, as and when requisition in writing is made by the Official Liquidator.
