The matter is at the evidence stage. By consent of parties, time to make an award is extended by nine months from 19th January,2018. The parties are directed to co-operate with each other and with the Arbitral Tribunal in rendering the award within the extended period. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. 2.
It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the allegations made by either party against each other in the pleadings filed against each other.

The parties are directed to convey this order to the Arbitral Tribunal.

Arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
