We have perused the order passed by this Court dated 15th July, 2015. In the said order, what we have observed are as under: "The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondents be directed to take action against illegal construction carried out by the holders of the premises. We direct the Respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 6 to take appropriate
decision in accordance with law after hearing the parties as expeditiously as possible."

We are of the view that we had asked Respondent Nos.2,4 and 6 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law. The grievance of the Petitioner is that no decision has been taken by the Respondents. We, therefore, direct the Respondents to take decision expeditiously, in any case with a period of four weeks, on merits and in accordance with.
