Both these petitions challenge notices dated 21st October, 2016 issued under Section 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 seeking to re-open the assessment for the Assessment Years 2010-11 and 2011-12.

Mr. Mohanty, appearing for the Revenue, on instructions states that, the Revenue has dropped the two impugned notices dated 21st October, 2016 seeking to reopen the assessment for the Assessment Years 2010-11 and 2011-12.

In view of the above statement made on behalf of the Revenue, Mr. Shah, Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw both these petitions. 4.

Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
