Further to the order dated 26th June 2018, the official liquidator has filed a compliance report dated 16th July 2018 in which it is stated that the liquidator has advertised the proposed recalling the order of winding up and inviting claims/objection in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 30th June 2018. Shri Aithe states that no objection or any claim has been received.
2/3 In these circumstances, the order dated 19th April 2018 winding up respondent company FND Logistics Private Limited is recalled. Petition also stands disposed.
The Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to return the amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited by petitioner, subject to deductions, if any.
All interim applications stand disposed in view of the above order passed.
Pursuant to the order dated 21st June 2018, applicant ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions Private Limited had deposited a sum of Rs.12,99,082/- with the official liquidator. From this amount, the liquidator shall appropriate the amount spent for advertising the proposed withdrawal and a sum of Rs.30,000/- as costs towards liquidator's costs and expenses and pay the balance amount together with interest, if any, to ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions Private Limited.
Liquidator stands discharged.
