The Official Liquidator is permitted to open the single offer received pursuant to the notice issued by the Official Liquidator. The bid submitted by Mr.Mangesh N.Labde is opened in Court. A perusal of the bid indicates that the bidder has offered Rs.1,28,000/- in respect of 6 cars which is far below the value of the cars estimated in the report. I am thus not inclined to accept the bid offered by Mr.Mangesh N. Labde, who is present in Court. He is not willing to increase the bid amount. The demand draft annexed to the bid is directed to be returned to him.
