1 The counsel for the petitioner states that the person who was to buy the said property has backed out and a new buyer has been found for the said property. Shri Wagle states that the consideration is reduced from Rs.1,72,00,000/- to Rs.1,63,00,000/-. The counsel has tendered a draft of the amendment to the Judges Order which is annexed to the affidavit in support dated 27th February 2017 of the amendment of the applicant. The counsel also tendered an affidavit of one Charusheela Dhananjay Thakkar, affirmed on 27th February 2017 consenting to the grant of the relief as sought by the applicant.

Leave to amend the Judges Order is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
