Parties through their counsel.

2.

With consent of the parties, heard finally and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

3.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that its Appeal (Exhibit "A") challenging Annexure-II, is pending before the first Respondent since April, 2017. A prayer has been made to dispose of this Petition by directing the first Respondent to decide the said Appeal as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel for the Respondents have pointed out that the Appeal which has been filed, is barred by the limitation. Vishal Parekar 1/2

Be that as it may, without commenting upon the said objection, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No. 1 to decide the Petitioner's Appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.

Needless to say that, we have not commented upon the issue of limitation and all contentions to that effect are kept open. 7.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
