By this writ petition, the petitioners had sought a relief to quash and set aside the Minutes of the Meeting, dated 15-12-2004, issued by the Norms Committee and their applicability as far as the petitioners are concerned. 2.

The petitioners had prayed that, the Norms declared by them be accepted and the Export Obligation Discharge

Certificate ("EODC", for short) be issued.

An affidavit in reply has now been filed on behalf of the respondents and they have stated in para 2 that, after the preliminary hearing before this Court on 2-8-2016, the case of the petitioners was examined and the petitioners have been taken out of the list styled as Denied Entity List ("DEL", for short) after taking due approval of the Competent Authority. 4.

Further, as per the Norms Committee's decision, received on 3-8-2016, the case of the petitioners has been redeemed in the office of respondent No.4, on as applied basis. Therefore, the demands raised by respondent No.4 do not exist. The files are closed.

In the light of these statements made in paras 2 and 3 of the affidavit in reply, which we accept as undertakings to this Court, nothing survives in the writ petition and it is disposed of.

Let the EODC be now issued as expeditiously as
