On 16th March 2018 time was granted to the petitioner to incorporate description of the land on which subject structure is situated. Though amendment was permitted under the same order, the same was not carried out till 6th April 2018. Time was extended to carry out amendment as a last chance on 6th April 2018. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not come forward to carry out amendment.

Though opportunity is granted, the petitioner has not disclosed the description of the land on which the said structure is situated. Hence, we dismiss the Petition for non-prosecution. (RIYAZ I. CHAGLA, J) (A.S. OKA, J)
