Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. The prayer in the application is to amend the execution application as set out in the schedule, in view of the deed of assignment dated 22 October 2019 by which the applicant has assigned all rights, title and interest in the foreign award which decreed, in favour of the applicant-Global Value Investments Pte.Ltd. and accordingly for substitution the present application is filed. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendments be carried out within three weeks from today.
