Ms. Shastri, learned AGP appearing on behalf of the Respondent-State, placed on record order dated 13th November 2018 passed by t he Collector, Mumbai City, Mumbai. By the said order, lease of the property bearing C.S. No. 376 and 1/376 of Mazgaon Division is renewed for the period of 30 years subject to certain terms and conditions mentioned therein.

In the light of said order, Mr. Dada, learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner does not press this writ petition. Mr.Dada submitted that in the light of order made by the Collector, all the authorities may be directed to consider the Petitioner's application patilsr 1 / 2
for re-development of the said land. Learned AGP as well as learned counsel for the Respondent-Corporation state that proposal of the Petitioner for redevelopment will be considered in accordance with law and will be acted upon expeditiously.

In these circumstances, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to all concerned authorities to consider the Petitioner's proposal for redevelopment of the subject property in accordance with law and expeditiously.
