Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the designated officer of MCGM under section 354A of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 2.
