Despite the order of 31.1.2019, counsel for the applicant states that a lady who was the wife of respondent no.1 refused to accept service. However, Mr.Garad states that officer has taken a photograph of the lady but that does not anyway prove that a lady is the wife of respondent no.1. Even Mr.Garad does not state that he personally knows the lady was the wife of respondent no.1. Therefore, Notice dismissed. Execution Application also stands dismissed. (K.R.SHRIRAM,J) KJ
