Perused the pleadings in the Contempt Petition and reliefs claimed.

In compliance with the directions issued by this Court, the respondent-Corporation has already taken the decision thereby releasing the pension in favour of the petitioner. As such, we are of the view that the order is substantially complied with. 3.

Apart from above, against the decision of the Corporation extending pensionary benefits to the petitioner, a fresh proceedings has already been initiated and pending consideration. akn 1/2

That being so, contempt petition no more survives and stands disposed of.
