Heard Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for the Petitioner, and Ms. Mastakar, learned counsel for the Respondent-Municipal Corporation. 2.

Petitioner claims to be an occupant of a residential house in a building "Sulsa Apartment". The Petitioner's grievance is that, illegal constructions were carried out by most of the occupants of the building. A representation was made by the Petitioner on 18th November 2016, which is at Exhibit-A to the Petition. But, so far, no cognizance has been taken in respect of the same. Petitioner, therefore, seeks necessary direction.

Without expressing any opinion, we observe that, in case the WP-694-17.doc

Respondent-Municipal Corporation has received such a representation, the same be looked into. The Society is not made party-respondent to this Petition.

The Designated Officer of the Respondent-Municipal Corporation would look into the record and, after issuing notices to the necessary parties, take appropriate decision on its own merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

Learned counsel for the Respondent-Municipal Corporation to communicate this order to the Municipal Authorities. 6.

Petition is disposed of.
