The Plaintiff and 1st Defendant have entered into Consent Terms in the Suit. The Consent terms are tendered, taken on record and marked "C1" for identification with today's date. The Consent Terms are signed by the Plaintiff and Defendant No. 1 and their respective Advocates. Both the Plaintiff and Defendant No. 1 are personally present in Court.

I have seen the Consent Terms. They are in order and not contrary to law. I am satisfied that the Consent Terms have been drawn by the parties of their own volition in reflection of their true 26th April 2018

The Suit as against Defendant No. 2, the wife of Defendant No. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Refund of court fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules. 5.

All interim/ad-interim orders stand vacated forthwith. 6.

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms.

7.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 8.

A scanned copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded in this matter as Order No. 2 in today's date.
