The learned Counsel appearing for the sixth and seventh respondents, on instructions, states that a decision has been taken to confer citizenship of India on the second petitioner and after completing necessary procedural formalities, a Certificate to that effect shall be issued to the second petitioner within a period of 10 days from today. We accept the said statement.
