appointment of an Arbitrator regarding the disputes that are a subject matter of these Applications.

There is an Affidavit of Service. The Respondents have failed to appear inspite of being duly served by private service, through registry as well as the public notice.

Therefore, I pass the following order:

(a) I hereby nominate Mr Aseem Naphade, an Advocate of this Court, as Sole Arbitrator. His contact details are as follows: Mobile No. 99200 30695, Email Id:

aseem1112@gmail.com and office Address: Office No. 31, 3rd Floor, Shanti Building, Banaji Street, Fort, Mumbai-400 001. He shall adjudicate the disputes between the parties that are subject matter of the present Applications.

(b) The Arbitrator is requested to file his disclosure statement, as per Section 11(8) under section 12(1) of the Arbitration Act, within four weeks with the Prothonotary and Senior Master and provide copies to the parties.

(c) Parties to appear before the Sole Arbitrator on a date to be fixed by him at his earliest convenience.

(d) Fees payable to the Sole Arbitrator will be in accordance with the Bombay High Court (Fee Payable to Arbitrators) Rules, 2018.

The Arbitration Applications are disposed of in the above terms.

No order as to costs.

The Registry to inform the Arbitrator about his appointment even by email.
