The Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay as Liquidator of Dahlia Traders Private Limited .. Respondent Ms. Sapna Rachure i/b T.N. Tripathi and Co. for applicant. Mr. Mahindhar Aithe, company prosecutor for official liquidator. CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM, J.
DATE : 19TH DECEMBER 2017 P.C.
Considering the nature of the prayer sought in the application, in my view, it will not be appropriate to even consider granting reliefs today. This is because the applicant on the date of lodging of the application, i.e., 17th November 2015 wanted to fix the reserve price of the property mentioned in prayer clause (a) at Rs.23.17 crores. In the last two years, ever since the application has been filed, the prices of real estate has changed substantially. Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
