After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between the parties that the award can be set aside and disputes between the parties may be referred to a new arbitrator to be mutually chosen by the parties. Accordingly, the impugned award dated 5 September 2017 is set aside and the disputes between the parties are referred to the sole arbitration of Mr. Atul Daga, Advocate.
