For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Notice of Motion is conditionally allowed. Order dated 29th June 2015 is recalled and set aside on condition that all objections, with no possibility of an extension, are to be removed on or before 17th June 2016. At the cost of repetition, no application for extension of time will be entertained under any circumstances. The Petitioner already had time between 5th May 2015 and 29th June 2015. It is no excuse to say that this is a transferred brief.
