This interim application has been filed for restoration of Notice of Motion (L) No.918 of 2018 in Income Tax Appeal No.1750 of 2019. 3.

It is submitted that as per office note of the Prothonotary and Senior Master dated 22.02.2019, applicant was granted time till 22.03.2019 for rectification of office objections. 4.

However, on the ground of non-removal of the office objections, the Notice of Motion was dismissed.

On a query by the Court, he submits that the office objections have since been removed.

In that view of the matter, delay in filing the interim application is condoned. Notice of Motion (L) No.918 of 2018 is restored. 7.

Interim Application is disposed of.
