Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit on instructions given by the Constituted Attorney of the Plaintiff, who is present in court. Learned Counsel produces in court the original Power of Attorney, which empowers the Constituted Attorney to settle any suit filed by the Plaintiff.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Refund of court fees in accordance with the applicable rules. In view of the disposal of the suit, the notice of motion does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
