1. On behalf of the plaintiffs, it is submitted that all disputes between the parties in the suit have been settled out of Court. He seeks leave to withdraw the suit and notice of motion.

2. Accordingly, the following order is passed; 1/2 1.nmcd-51-19 in coms-31-19 wadhwa

(i) Suit is allowed to be withdrawn.

(ii) In view of the disposal of the suit, motion does not survive. Motion shall also stand disposed. Interim orders, if any, are vacated.

(iii) Refund of court fees, if any, as per rules.

(iv) Assistant of this Court.
