Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in Reply to the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a)that the Plaintiff be permitted to amend the Plaint and Decree dated 4 th May, 2011 modified on 28 th October, 2015 as per Schedule annexed hereto;"
