Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents states that she has no instructions whether the representations made by the Petitioners have been decided by the Respondents.

Hence, considering the limited prayer in the Petition, the same need not be kept pending and the same is disposed of by passing the following order.
ORDER :
(a) The Petitioners shall appear before the Second Respondent on 25th January 2016 at 11.00 a.m.;
ash wpl-3260.15 (b) The Petitioners shall produce true copies of the representations referred in the prayer clause (a) of the Petition before the Second Respondent;
(c) If the representations have been already decided, a copy of the order passed on the said representations be furnished to the Petitioners;
(d) If representations are still pending, the Second Respondent or the appropriate officer of the First Respondent Municipal Corporation shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from 25th January 2016;
(e) We make it clear that that the issue of eligibility of the Petitioners for grant of alternate accommodation is expressly kept open;
(f) The Petition is disposed of on above terms;
(g) Parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
