CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:

26th June 2018 PC:- 1.

For reasons that suggest themselves - and I refuse to put these down simply because I do not believe that these matters should occupy the time of a Court but should be sent to the Registry - the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as follows:

26th June 2018

31-CST3-18.DOC (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 2 days in filing of the Affidavit in Support of Caveat;

(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to add the name of Mrs Shakuntala Subodhkumar Kedia, wife of the deceased Caveator, Mr Amit Subodhkumar Kedia, son of the deceased Caveator and Ms Alpa Subodhkumar Kedia, daughter of the deceased Caveator as legal heirs in place of the Caveator Late Subodhkumar Kedia who expired on 17th November 2017;

2.

Amendments to be carried out within two weeks without reverification.
