By this report, the Court Receiver seeks the following reliefs : "(a) What steps of the office of Court Receiver shall take in view of the said Suit land from the Plaintiff as he had defaulted in handing over the keys of Suit land to the Court Receiver or Defendant No. 5 as Agent of the Court Receiver.

(b) Cost of this report be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- from the funds lying in the hands of the Court Receiver". 2.

However, I am informed that the Plaintiffs have already handed over the keys to the Court Receiver. The question therefore of granting reliefs prayed for in the report does not arise. The Court Receiver shall be at liberty to file a fresh report seeking directions from this Court as to who should be handed over the keys, deposited with him by the Plaintiffs. The Report is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
