Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2.

The Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 seek leave to withdraw this Petition in light of the letter addressed by the Government of India dated 14th November, 2018 to Shri A.K. Konar, Director, Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) - Respondent No.2, wherein it is stated that the concern guidelines dated 29th August, 2018 are applicable for all the examinations for recruitment for which advertisement is notified on or after 29th August, 2018. Hence, not applicable to the Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

In so far as the Petitioner No.3 is concerned, it seeks liberty to take out appropriate proceedings for challenging the office memorandum dated 29th August, 2018.

Accordingly, this Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty granted to Petitioner No.3 to adopt appropriate proceedings in the light of office memorandum dated 29th August, 2018. 5.

The letter dated 14th November, 2018 issued by Government of India, Ministry of Social Justices and Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The letter addressed by the Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 to the Advocate for the Petitioners desiring to withdraw the Petition is taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification. 6.
