The Petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent No.3 to consider and take appropriate decision on her representation dated 08.11.2017 Exh.F for inclusion of her name in Annexure II with respect to the SRA redevelopment project being carried out upon CTS No.286, P.B.Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400 030 undertaken by M/s. Omkar Realtors and Developers Pvt. Ltd. 3.

According to the learned counsel for Respondent No.3, the Petitioner has been asked to submit relevant documents in AGP 1/2

The learned counsel for the Petitioner however disputes the fact that such letter is sent to her. We find that the letter is dated 05.04.2018 and may not have served upon the Petitioner as yet.

In the circumstances, we direct the learned counsel for the Corporation to supply copy of the said letter to the learned counsel for the Petitioner during the course of the day. 5.

Having considered the submissions of the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No.3 to consider and take appropriate decision with respect to the Petitioner's claim as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner before Respondent No.3.

The Petitioner to appear before Respondent No.3 on 23.04.2018 at 3.00 p.m. alongwith necessary documents. 7.

With the aforesaid directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
