Ld. Counsel for the Applicant made statement that captioned Petition is uncontested. Applicant was unable to pay court fees due to financial difficulty, therefore, Petition was dismissed. Ld.

Counsel for Applicant submits that now Applicant is ready to pay court fees.

As this is uncontested Testamentary Petition, reasons mentioned by the Applicant in Affidavit in Support need to be accepted. Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. No order as to costs.
