The Plaintiffs have filed Chamber Summons (L) No. 2270 of 2016 seeking to delete the name of Petitioner 1(b) from the cause title of the Petition as she has passed away and to implead in her place Mr. Bashuri Sujay Pardeshi, son of deceased. 2.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute by consent. Amendments to be carried out without need of reverification on or before 23rd December 2016.
