Heard. The Petition is uncontested. It is for Probate. The Petitioner lives in Canada. The reasons for delay in filing this restoration Motion are set out in paragraphs 13 to 15. In view of what is stated, I will allow the Motion in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), as a final opportunity. It is made clear that any pending objections are to be removed within eight weeks from today. If the Petition is dismissed for default yet again, it will then not to be restored under any circumstances.
