Official Liquidator present. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 2.12.2015 P.C.:- This application is to condone the delay of 29 days in taking out the application and to direct the Official Liquidator to amend the notice of admission of proof allowing the total claim of Rs.5,36,44,284/- instead of Rs.2,81,52,784/-. While considering the 7 invoices that the applicants submitted, the Official Liquidator has disallowed invoice no.90067874 for Rs.2,54,91,500/- because that invoice and other documents have not been submitted by the applicants. The counsel appearing for the applicants states that they have been able to trace those documents and the same will be submitted to the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator to consider the same and rework the admission of proof within a period of 14

working days from the date, the applicants submit the documents. The Official Liquidator to do the needful in accordance with Law. The application accordingly stands disposed.
