This petition seeks protective relief in monetary terms pending an arbitration reference.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the reference has made a substantial progress. In fact, arguments have been concluded and the award has been reserved. Learned Counsel also submits that the subject matter of this petition was carried in a suit before Delhi High Court and there are orders passed in that matter. Presently, the matter is pending in Supreme Court in an SLP arising out of those orders. Learned Counsel, in the premises, submits that practically, this petition has become infructuous.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs. (S.C. GUPTE, J.)
