This is a notice of motion by one of the petitioners (petitioner No.4) and it prays for the following reliefs: "(a) Delete the name of the Applicant i.e. Original Petitioner no.4 from the array of the Petitioners and further be pleased to modify the Judgment & Order in W.P. No.1938 of 2016 dated 19.10.2016 to the effect that the name of the Applicant shown as Petitioner No.4 be deleted.

After the writ petition was disposed of and the petitioners were represented by an Advocate who argued their case, we do not think that the reliefs as prayed in this motion can be granted. It is dismissed. No costs.
