This application is fled by the plaintif to bring legal representatives of the deceased plaintif. The sole plaintif died on October 26, 2019. A copy of the death certifcate is annexed to the afdavit. The application is within the stipulated period. Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Necessary amendment be carried out to the plaint within a period of three weeks from today and defendants be served with the amended copy of the plaint.
