Ms Mohanty states that she has no instructions even as to filing of a vakalatnama. I can appreciate her predicament. The Defendants ought to have been here. It is not possible to allow them to continue in this fashion where they ask Advocates to appear but do not give them instructions or even a vakalatnama. 2.
The Defendants have been served. There is no reply to the Notice of Motion. It is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) for the reasons mentioned in the ad-interim order of 27th January 2017. This will be accompanied by an order of costs. 20th March 2017

In addition, the Plaintiffs will be entitled to recover the actual costs of this Notice of Motion at the time of final hearing of the Suit.
