Having heard learned Counsel for the applicant on Notice of Motion seeking condonation of delay in filing review petition. We are satisfied that there is sufficient cause for not filing review petition in time. In the circumstances, we condone the delay in filing review petition. The Notice of Motion is disposed of.

For the reasons stated in the review petition, we set aside the order dated 24/7/2017 passed in Contempt Petition No. 72 of 2016 and Contempt Petition No.72 of 2016 is deserves to be recalled and the same is hereby recalled. 4.

The Contempt Petition be now listed on 22 nd June, 2018.
