Learned counsel for the applicant submit that all the respondents are duly served.

Considering this submission, following order is passed.

a) Applicant to file affidavit of service with Registry on or before 22/11/2019.

b) If affidavit of service is filed, the matter to appear on board on 26/11/2019 for hearing, otherwise, as per CMIS date.
