Mr Chiratma Shriniwas Shetty, Petitioner No.3 in Writ Petition No.301 of 2017 is present in Court. He is a partner of Shehnai Motions, the sole proprietor of Shehnai Banquets and a director of Credence Hotels Pvt Ltd. He instructs Mr Dube and Mr Mehta to apply for withdrawal of all three Writ Petitions. 2.
The three Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs.

The learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate is requested to dispose of all pending applications before him at the earliest possible. 4.
