Applicant has taken out this motion in disposed of appeal and praying direction against Ministry of Corporate Affairs to change the applicant's Company's status i.e. "Under Liquidation" to "active" from MCA website. The confusion not correcting the entry need to be corrected by the concerned office at the earliest. However, if there is technical reason and a lacuna, the petitioner is permitted to make representation/communication and point out the situation including the orders/documents in support of the same prayer as annexed with these documents.
