In view of the order passed by this court in Notice of Motion (L) No.3584 of 2016 directing the applicants to deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,00,000/- (Rupees twenty crores only) in this Court, notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). In the event of the applicants committing any default in making deposit of the said amount as directed by the said order to be deposited, interim stay granted by this Court in this notice of motion also to stand vacated.

The petitioners are also directed not to create any third party rights or alienate or encumber the suit property of whatsoever nature till the decision of the arbitration petition.
