Mrs.Meena H.Doshi for Kamani Employees' Union. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 22.1.2016 P.C.:- The official liquidator states that in the order pronounced on 6.1.2016 in Company Application No.593 of 2011 and Company Application No.620 of 2011 in Company Petition No.778 of 2005, the court has given a formula in which the compensation is to be paid to each of the workman. The same is required to be calculated. The official liquidator states that the amount payable therefore, will be vary considerably higher than what is mentioned in the official liquidator's report. Therefore, official liquidator seeks leave to withdraw the official liquidator report. Official Liquidator's report disposed as withdrawn.

Liberty to file fresh report and the copy of the report also be served upon the legal heirs of Thakur Prasad K.Shukla one of the employee of the company in liquidation who has expired in the meanwhile. (K.R.SHRIRAM,J)
