The learned Additional Government Pleader has placed on record a letter dated 17th December, 2015 addressed to her by the Deputy Collector (Enchroachment/ Removal) Dharavi Division, Mumbai. The said letter records that on 15th December, 2015 illegal construction carried out by the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 has been demolished. The letter is taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification. A copy of the panchanama drawn recording demolition has been supplied to the Advocate for the Petitioner. By accepting the statements made in the said letter dated 17th December, 2015 we dispose of the Petition.

wp-107.16 In the event the Petitioner finds that statements made in the letter dated 17th December, 2015 are incorrect, the Petitioner can always pray for revival of this Petition.
