This interim application has been filed with the prayer for early hearing of the related Income Tax Appeal No.1742 of 2011. 3.

It is stated that the applicant / appellant is a senior citizen and is not keeping good health; therefore, an early hearing is called for. 4.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, we are of the view that an early hearing is called for. 5.
