Perused the Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) That the order dated 13 th October, 2015 passed by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master in the Suit (L) No. 704 of 2015 be set aside and Suit (L) No. 704 of 2015 and Notice of Motion (L) No. 1845 of 2015 and order dated 15 th October, 2015 passed in the Notice of Motion (L) No. 1845 of 2015 be restored".

The Plaintiffs to remove office objections on or before 7 th December, 2015 failing which the Suit shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court. 3.

Place the above Suit on 7 th December, 2015.
