This Notice of Motion filed by the Plaintiff seeks that the Suit be expedited. At the very least, this is a triumph of hope over realism. The Suit is of 2015. I am currently hearing Suits filed 17 and 18 years ago. One was filed 26 years ago.

There is no reason why this matter should receive any special priority. The fact that it does not deserve priority is also established by the absence of the Plaintiff today.
