NOTICE OF MOTION NO.2408 OF 2008 Mr.Pooniwalla for the plaintiff states that since this Court has framed a preliminary issue of jurisdiction in its order dated 23.9.2009 in Chamber summons No.1347 of 2008 as to whether this court has jurisdiction to hear and decide the suit filed by the plaintiff in this court and whether this court has territorial jurisdiction to decide the suit, plaintiff will have to lead evidence. Plaintiff to file list of witnesses, affidavit in lieu of examination-in-chief together with compilation of documents within 3 weeks and serve copy by 31.7.2017.
